MAIS UM SINGLE DO PEARL JAM!!

Agora da banda lançou a música Superblood Wolfmoon.

Diferente da música anterior (Dance of the Clairvoyants) que surpreendeu mais pela referência oitentista (um pouco de Talking Heads), este já é mais a cara do PJ.

Me lembra um pouco de algumas covers quase desconhecidas que eles tocam nos shows como Arms Aloft.

Gostei da música, não tanto quando a primeira. Achei que seria um disco diferente, mas parece que nem tanto. Vamos acompanhando pra ver.

O novo álbum Gigaton sai dia 27 de Março.

NOVO SINGLE DO PEARL JAM!!

Já faz sete anos (!!!!) desde o lançamento de Lightning Bolt, um trabalho que eu gosto da primeira metade e não curto muito a outra parte. Primeiro veio os outdoors em alguns lugares do mundo (em São Paulo também) com a imagem de uma geleira e o efeito do Aquecimento Global e depois o anúncio de GIGATON. 

 

Gigaton nasce para o mundo dia 27 de Março.

Sou fã do Pearl Jam desde a adolescência nos anos 90. E a cada trabalho fico ancioso, torcendo para que seja o melhor trabalho da carreira deles. 

Esse single é dançante, o baixo marcado do Jeff Ament e as guitarras funkeadas. Algo diferente muito e bem vindo!!!

Na descrição do vídeo no youtube tem a frase do baixista:
